Embroidery and Printing Techniques
Welcome to Customsoeasy! To help bring your designs to life with the best possible visual effects on Customsoeasy, our engineering team has summarized the core aspects of our commonly used embroidery and printing processes below based on standard industry practices for your reference during the design stage:
Multi-Position Customization Support:
Our flexible production lines support customization across multiple classic positions on the garment. In addition to the common front chest and full back areas, you may also choose to add your graphics or logos to specialized areas such as the sleeve or the side of a hood, depending on the specific apparel style. During the design process, our system will automatically adjust the technical fees based on the number of customization locations you select.
Printing Techniques:
Regarding printing options, we utilize multiple types of printing solutions, allowing for flexible production tailored to the unique characteristics of your artwork. Our standard printing methods generally include Heat Transfer, Direct-to-Garment (DTG), Screen Printing, and Silicone Printing / 3D Raised Printing. For complex designs that are richly colored, contain photos, or feature color gradients, we generally recommend using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) or high-quality heat transfer technology. These processes replicate fine artwork details and tonal gradations exceptionally well while avoiding the strict minimum order quantity limitations associated with traditional screen printing. The exact printing technique applied to your order is independently determined by our technical team based on design complexity and order volume; for instance, screen printing generally requires a volume of dozens of pieces to meet setup requirements. If you have specific requirements, please contact us promptly at [email protected].
Embroidery Techniques:
Embroidery is a classic process where your logo is stitched onto the garment using needle and thread, offering excellent wash durability and a distinct, premium three-dimensional texture. It is ideal for high-end and personalized customization, such as corporate workwear, polo shirts, or iconic logos on headwear. Please note that embroidery is better suited for designs with minimal text, clean lines, and relatively simple structures. If your artwork contains excessively fine text or intricate color gradients, embroidery may not be able to fully reproduce these tiny details, in which case a printing technique may be a more appropriate choice. If your artwork is too complex or cannot be executed by our machinery, we will proactively notify you to switch to a printing process. Because embroidery also encompasses multiple effect styles and varying stitch techniques, the specific embroidery method applied to your order will be determined independently by our technical team based on design complexity and order volume. If you have specific requirements, please contact us promptly at [email protected].
Flexible and Independent Technical Selection:
To ensure high-quality oversight, after you submit your order, our engineering and support team will evaluate your uploaded artwork clarity, line characteristics, and total order volume to flexibly and independently match your production run with the most stable and suitable embroidery or printing process. If you have particular ideas or special requirements regarding the technical finish of your garment, please feel free to reach out via email at [email protected], and our professional personnel will be glad to assist you.
