1. How is my price determined?

Transparent Pricing, No Hidden Fees: At Customsoeasy, we reject hidden fees. We do not charge setup or printing fees, and we will never charge you extra just because your print or embroidery design contains multiple colors. Your order price structure is completely clear and consists of only three components:The cost of the blank product The customization fee (embroidery or printing)International shipping and logistics costs

One Free Customization Location: Our base product price automatically includes one (1) free print or embroidery location (for example, a logo on the left chest). Our system will only apply an additional fee during checkout if you choose to add different designs across multiple positions of the garment (such as customizing the front, back, and cuffs simultaneously).

Low-Threshold Tiered Discounts: Even though we have no minimum order limits, we still provide highly competitive tiered bulk discounts. Our volume-discount brackets are very friendly to small and medium enterprises or teams. You do not need to order a massive quantity to enjoy attractive savings; the more you order, the greater the discount per item.

Whether you are an individual wanting just one custom piece of clothing to showcase your personality, or a corporate team purchasing 1,000 polo shirts, we guarantee the exact same high standards for production and global shipping.

3. What about quality? Can I get a sample first if I have a large order? (Quality & Samples)

1-Piece Sample Orders Welcomed: To help you closely review and fully understand our fabric materials, sizing cuts, and the physical print/embroidery finish before committing to a large bulk order, we support single-piece sampling. Since we accept orders starting from just one piece, you can easily design and buy a single item directly on our website to use as your physical reference sample.

Complete After-Sales & Remake Guarantee:

Errors on Our Part: According to our Refund & Returns Policy, if a production mistake on our end results in obvious, major defects on your items, please contact us immediately upon delivery at [email protected]. We will reproduce and reship the affected pieces completely free of charge.

Errors on the Customer’s Part: Even if a mistake or issue occurs due to an oversight on your end, we offer a specialized customer care policy that permits you to reorder the item at an exclusive, discounted rate to help minimize your lost costs.

Special Note: Due to the inherently unique nature of customized merchandise, every product is made exactly to your specific design and cannot be resold once manufactured. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns unless the major defects quality issue was directly caused by an error on our part.
