When you voluntarily tag, mention, or @ the official social media accounts of customsoeasy.com or uucustom.com, include these domain names or URLs in your posts or captions, or reply with confirmation to any comments or Direct Messages (DMs) from our official accounts, you agree that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older and explicitly accept these Terms.

Upon engaging in any of the interactions above, you grant customsoeasy.com, uucustom.com, their domain owners, and technical operators (collectively, “the Platform”) a non-exclusive, assignable, sublicensable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, perform, distribute, or reasonably crop and edit your User Content in any digital medium (including website displays, official social media accounts, and marketing emails) for customer showcase, promotional, or community-sharing purposes. However, the Platform is under no obligation to use or display your User Content.

Content Ownership and Promotional Display Adjustment

As between you and the Platform, you retain full and exclusive ownership of all your User Content.

You acknowledge and agree that the Platform, out of necessity for social media layout, overall marketing aesthetics, or to better protect third-party rights, may crop, adjust, or optimize irrelevant background elements within your User Content. The Platform is not obligated to provide formal attribution to you or use the content in its original form. Incidental Display of Third-Party Marks and Good-Faith Statement

You promise and warrant that you own all legal rights to your User Content or have obtained proper authorization to grant the license herein.

You understand and confirm that the Platform operates as an automated custom fulfillment venue and cannot independently audit every underlying trademark or license accidentally or incidentally visible in user selfies or daily outfit videos (such as logos on your own shoes, apparel, or accessories). The Platform has no dynamic malicious intent to infringe upon any third-party rights when sharing these real-life photos. All displays are intended solely as genuine customer case sharing and do not represent, imply, or constitute any official affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or commercial partnership between the Platform and any third-party brands visible in the content.

Reasonable Allocation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release the Platform from any indirect claims or liabilities arising from the community-sharing display of your User Content as permitted herein.

You promise that your User Content is shared based on the principles of honesty and good faith, without knowingly violating any third-party rights. If the inclusion of unauthorized proprietary materials leads to any dispute, inquiry, or claim from third-party rights owners against the Platform, you agree to cooperate reasonably with the Platform to clarify the facts, and to cover the actual settlement costs and reasonable legal assistance fees directly incurred by the Platform due to severe ownership defects in the provided content.

Fast Removal Mechanism and Voluntary Takedown Right

The Platform is deeply committed to protecting the lawful intellectual property rights of all parties. If the Platform discovers or suspects that any User Content may involve copyright infringement, trigger brand disputes, or violate community guidelines, the Platform reserves the absolute right to voluntarily remove, take down, or cease using such content at any time without prior notice.

Whether you are the original creator wishing to revoke this license or a third-party intellectual property owner who believes that any User Content shared on our channels infringes upon your rights, please simply notify us via email at [email protected] with a direct link to the content. Upon receiving your notice and acting under our principle of strict good faith, we will process the request and remove or completely delete the content at the fastest speed possible.
