What this Agreement Covers

This Agreement governs your use of the customsoeasy.com website (the "Site"). The Site operates strictly as an on-demand custom merchandise fulfillment website, technical design tool, and flexible sourcing channel. The Site permits customers to design, purchase custom merchandise, or inquire about flexible product sourcing, properly describing their relationship with: (i) institutions of higher learning, fraternal organizations, honor societies and other collegiate groups (collectively, "Institutions"); (ii) corporations and small businesses; (iii) elementary and secondary schools; or (iv) other organizations and individuals. Sourcing projects and bulk trade orders are governed by this Agreement as well as any separate purchase agreements confirmed between the parties. By using the Site, you explicitly acknowledge that you are solely responsible for verifying the legitimacy of such a relationship, and you agree to use the Site solely as provided in this Agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights of customsoeasy.com and Third Parties

customsoeasy.com is committed to the appropriate and legal use of the intellectual property of others, and we require our users to behave similarly. Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, written content and other materials that appear on the customsoeasy.com Site (collectively the "Contents") are copyrights owned, controlled or licensed by customsoeasy.com.

customsoeasy.com is the owner of customsoeasy.com. Other trademarks made available through this Site, including logos, slogans, color schemes and design trademarks, are owned by Institutions and other third parties (the "Third-Party Marks"). The availability of any Third-Party Marks in our design database or user-generated content does not constitute an endorsement, official partnership, or commercial sub-licensing of such marks to any user by customsoeasy.com.

By using the customsoeasy.com Site to design or order custom products, you agree that you are a passive user of our fulfillment services, and you explicitly represent and warrant that you have already obtained all necessary internal authority, official licensing, or legitimate permissions to utilize such Third-Party Marks for your specific production run. customsoeasy.com operates strictly on a presumption of authorization; customsoeasy.com does not, nor is it obligated to, conduct any independent verification or secondary confirmation of your authorization status.

You agree to limit your use of products created with Third-Party Marks strictly to internal group use, personal commemoration, or non-profit organizational events directly related to such third parties, and to comply with any restrictions or conditions imposed on the Marks by their respective owners. Commercial resale, public retail distribution, or unauthorized monetization of such products is strictly prohibited unless you have obtained express, verified authorization prior to doing so.

In the event that you are the official owner or authorized representative of the Third-Party Marks and you place an order directly with us, your submission of the order constitutes your express consent and explicit authorization for customsoeasy.com to utilize any and all such Marks during the manufacturing and production process to fulfill your specific custom order.

Designs created using the text tools and images available through the site, or any embroidery, printing, and finished products derived from such designs, are in no way the exclusive property of the customers who assemble such designs. customsoeasy.com retains the right to display such designs through other channels, or offer them (or variations of such designs) to other customers.

Additionally, customsoeasy.com has the sole discretion to reject any order that it considers libelous, defamatory, obscene, profane, portraying irresponsible use of alcohol or other substances, advocating persecution based on gender, age, race, religion, disability or national origin, containing explicit sexual content or is otherwise inappropriate for customsoeasy.com production.

You agree to not use customsoeasy.com's Service to create any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party. customsoeasy.com does not actively audit or verify user authorization prior to production; however, should any intellectual property dispute, third-party claim, or legal action arise from your order, you agree to assume full, exclusive legal and financial liability, holding customsoeasy.com entirely harmless from any resulting damages, settlement costs, or legal fees.

Shipment & Delivery

Shipment & Delivery Times

Est. Production Time: Standard: 4-8 Business Days | Rush: 2-5 Business Days (Excludes shipping transit time); please note that rush orders are subject to an additional 15% rush charge, with a minimum charge of $20.00 USD. The total time required to receive your goods is calculated as Estimated Production Time plus shipping transit time. Production time begins on the business day following your final confirmation and successful payment verification. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory public holidays in China.

As all goods are dispatched directly from China, shipping and transit times are subject to logistics network capacities, carrier scheduling, transport routing, customs clearance efficiencies, the geographical distance of destination countries, and other related factors. Consequently, fluctuations in shipping timeframes or specific arrival dates shall not serve as valid grounds or legal bases for order cancellations, returns, refunds, or transaction disputes. We remain committed to completing orders and dispatching them as promptly as possible. All product prices listed on this website are net prices and do not include any taxes or fees from transit locations (if applicable) or destination countries or regions. Once packages leave China, any fees, taxes, or related clearance charges levied by transit locations (if applicable) and destination countries or regions shall be borne by the buyer.
