How to Design and Customize Online?

Designing your own unique apparel on Customsoeasy is quick and easy! We provide a professional, user-friendly online design system that allows you to customize your items directly on our website. With just a few simple steps, you can easily bring your ideas to life—even if you have absolutely no prior design experience. Step 1: Choose Your Product Style

Browse our shop: Browse our shop or use the category search bar to find the apparel you want (such as T-SHIRT or POLO).

Example: For example, let’s look at our Custom Embroidered Unisex Performance Polo Shirt.

Design Now: Once you are on the product page, simply click the “DESIGN NOW” button. This will automatically open our live Design Editor.

Step 2: Start Designing in the Editor

Once you enter the Design Editor Page, you will see the design toolbar on the left side of your screen:

Upload Artwork/Logo: Click the “IMAGES” tab on the left panel to upload your own picture, logo, or design files from your device.

Add Words: Click the “TEXT” tab on the left panel to type in custom wording, names, or slogans.

Customize Locations: On the right side of the editor, you can click the up and down arrow icons to flip between different customization areas. You can place your design on the Front, Back, Left Sleeve, or Right Sleeve of the garment.

Step 3: Select Colors, Sizes, and Quantities

After perfecting your design placement, look to the lower-left section of the editor panel:

Color: Click to choose your preferred garment color from the available color dots.

Size & Quantity: Enter the exact number of pieces you need next to each size option (S, M, L, XL, XXL).

Review: Check the required box to confirm that your size quantities and artwork layouts are correct.

Step 4: Add to Cart & Checkout

Add to Cart: When you are completely satisfied, click the prominent “ADD TO CART” button in the top right corner.

Save Design: Your complete design, product colors, and chosen sizes will be saved instantly into your shopping cart for checkout.

Important Customization Pricing Rules

One Free Location: Our base product price automatically includes one (1) free custom print or embroidery location (for example: a logo on the left chest or a big print on the back).

Extra Multi-Position Fee: If you decide to add additional artwork, print designs, or embroidery logos to multiple areas (such as customizing both the front AND the sleeve), our system will automatically calculate and apply an extra fee for each additional position during checkout. Your total updated price will be displayed clearly within the editor.
