Professional Human Design Service

Welcome to Customsoeasy! We understand that you may sometimes require more personalized, complex layouts or prefer to have a professional designer assist you directly. If you choose not to use our website's automated online design system, we also provide a dedicated professional human design service channel to support your needs:

Skip the System, Connect with Real Designers:

If you experience difficulties uploading assets, or if your artwork requires background removal, fine-tuning, or specific text formatting, you can completely bypass the online design editor. Our support and design teams can complete the design manually based on your specific concepts.

How to Request Human Design Service:

You simply need to prepare your existing graphics, logos, or design ideas, along with your desired apparel styles, colors, and expected quantities, and send them via email to our official customer support at [email protected]. To improve communication efficiency, we recommend clearly detailing your design requirements within the email.

Proof Approval & Flexible Production Process:

Upon receiving your design request, our professional personnel will create an official digital proof for your review. We will send this proof directly to your email. We will not schedule the factory to begin the production process until you have provided your formal approval on the digital proof and payment settlement is completed.

After-Sales & Special Disclaimer Notice:

Please be aware that merchandise manufactured through our human design service is also classified as customized products tailored exclusively to your specific requirements. Once you have provided your email approval for the final digital proof and production has commenced, the items cannot be resold. Therefore, we are typically unable to accept returns or exchanges unless a significant defect occurs directly due to an oversight in our production quality. For full details on coverage, please consult our Refund & Returns Policy at any time.
