Order Timeline & Processing

Estimated Production Time: Standard: 4–8 Business Days | Rush: 2–5 Business Days (Excludes shipping transit time).

The total time required to receive your goods is calculated as Estimated Production Time plus shipping transit time. We make every reasonable commercial effort to ensure your order is manufactured and dispatched within these stated timeframes. Production time begins on the business day following your final confirmation and successful payment verification. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory public holidays in China.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold

Orders Under $99.00 USD

For orders with a total merchandise value of less than $99.00 USD, a flat shipping fee of $9.00 USD will be charged at checkout (if any other agreement is made, that agreement shall prevail).

Orders $99.00 USD and Above

For orders with a total merchandise value of $99.00 USD or more, customers enjoy Free Shipping applied automatically during checkout.

Free Shipping Policy & Deduction of Incurred Logistics Costs

While we provide free shipping on qualifying orders of $99.00 USD or more, the actual total freight cost is paid by customsoeasy.com to third-party logistics carriers.

For orders of $99.00 USD or more that qualified for free shipping, if an order cancellation is requested after the order has been marked as shipped due to customer reasons (including but not limited to Post-dispatch cancellation, providing an incorrect address, failing to collect parcels from local post offices, or refusing customs clearance), the total shipping cost actually paid by customsoeasy.com to the logistics carrier during the shipping process (calculated based on actual carrier charges) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

For orders with a total order value of less than $99.00 USD, customers typically pay a shipping fee of $9.00 USD when placing an order (subject to the actual shipping fee paid; if any other agreement is made, that agreement shall prevail). If an order cancellation is requested after the order has been marked as shipped due to customer reasons (including but not limited to Post-dispatch cancellation, providing an incorrect address, failing to collect parcels from local post offices, or refusing customs clearance), the shipping fee actually paid will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Shipment & Delivery Disclaimer

We remain committed to completing orders and dispatching them as promptly as possible. Because goods are shipped from China, transit and delivery times are subject to logistics network capacities, carrier scheduling, transport routing, customs clearance efficiencies, the geographical distance of destination countries, and other related factors. Consequently, fluctuations in shipping timeframes or specific arrival dates shall not serve as valid grounds or legal bases for order cancellations, returns, refunds, or transaction disputes.

All production timeframes stated above are commercial estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of exact delivery dates. The total time required to receive your order consists of the actual production time plus international shipping transit and local delivery time.

International Shipping & Customs Taxes Disclaimer

Our products are available for shipping to most countries and regions worldwide, and orders are shipped from China. All product prices listed on this website are net prices and do not include any taxes or fees from transit locations (if applicable) or destination countries or regions.

Once packages leave China, any fees, taxes, or related clearance charges levied by transit locations (if applicable) and destination countries or regions shall be borne by the buyer. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is completed and passes our quality inspection, it will be handed over to the logistics carrier as promptly as possible. We will send a shipping notification email containing the carrier tracking number and tracking link to your registered email address for you to track logistics information.
